The problem

After each inspection, a surveyor spent most of a day turning photos and notes into a formal schedule of condition, room by room and element by element.

What we built

  1. Captured the practice's schedule template, terminology and condition grading.
  2. Built a solution that turns site photos and voice notes into a structured draft schedule.
  3. The surveyor checks and signs off the draft instead of writing it from scratch.

The outcome

A 10-hour process now takes 30 minutes, releasing around 800 professional hours a year.
